We have prepared a special course using high-quality ingredients, such as spiny lobster, abalone, and Japanese beef for the appetizer, fresh sea urchin, bottarga, and burrata cheese for the first pasta dish, truffles and foie gras for the second risotto, and domestic beef fillet and porcini mushrooms for the main dish.
